Like, all crack, you know all crabs are. There's a reason my 1979 list is so fucking raging. And they'll do like a multi usually these last few years they do a multiple part series on some historical event. And it was just this crazy to me as the first time I ever saw Tom Moliazzi. And she gave the the famous TED Talk when people still thought it was cool to watch TED Talks. All of these reasons you can um you can uh be on a date, you can uh uh I'm so mad that now I am swerving. and relaxed and all of this stuff that I don't care about. I had this really traumatic accident and I was in a coma and I woke up and they told me You should drop out of college because you've lost fifty intelligence points, which yeah, I g I g like getting over imp imposter syndrome. Uh and the people who tried to replicate the study, um, always would take uh blood samples before and after. there wasn't a direct correlation between like any anyone, except that e everyone's changed th in a way that uh you wouldn't m uh whatever you said where you're doing something with your body and it's just like, okay, mindfulness does have uh uh uh s in some some of the people an extreme um Uh yeah.

and how I feel isn't I am more confident, but it is more I am more mindful and also I will not beat myself up as much and I do feel a little bit happier out of body experiences or astral projection or uh manifesting. But it became very clear to me that it was not really helping that many people. The lust for tips was leading people to want to find tips. I think costly and expensive mean different things in my head. And I think all of that that ineffability extends into our own interior world where there's certain kinds of things that are just a little bit special and I don't want to give a name to. They're heavily related and they're very connected, but they're very different things. Like I could say to you right now, hey, start saying this is good.

Or you can just shut the fuck up in your brain and start finding yourself moving in the direction of the things that make you more of who you want to be. Cognitive phenomenon is like you s when you start taking photos of things, you start looking at things differently. Amy Cuddy g gave the presentation about how how you if you stand like a superhero, it helps you for Not n as needed, but you don't need to do it in the moment. that I had dropped what a fucked up thing to say. beforehand. unless you were trying to be mindful about your body and emotions at the same time.

And uh so having grown up with that, but you know, then you get then that also made me the perfect age for the electric company.
