403. One Long Breath.

I sent you just a very basic thing because I thought if you watched you probably won't watch it, but if you do watch it, it's gonna fucking blow your mind. Or you're thinking of the Sagovia Accords, which are about how we're no longer gonna listen to uh gut string classical guitar pieces. You know, if I was an undercover Avenger, I would not imagine that a black baseball cap and talking into a comms thing. When is the last time you saw a deer who could fly? And then Jake Tapper said the thing about what's like the frog boiling in water. You're talking about like there's the things that are like you could look up a definition of in a book and be surprised versus the like, hmm, surprising way that we got the word, you know, uh lake trout or whatever.

And like like him, I thought most of the world was uh Catholic and Jewish because that was just, you know, I wasn't on L Long Island, but there were just And I want to h grasp the the and slowly slide my hands down and see if I can move some of that blood into the lower uh six-eighths of his body. Breathing has been a big part of stuff that I've been working on since I was 14. Do not constantly. is a powerful way to backdoor a message. think of breath as right. inside my head and not in a tur not in terms of necessarily mindfulness, just like okay. But that whole inhale hold, exhale, hold, inhale, hold, however you do that, whatever numbers you associate with breathing, I just I find those things and just observe your breath without changing your breathing.

on i I mean if you're concerned about it, which I'm not, the inevitable result, it's all a trick. It's interesting. Maybe it's it's too uh I don't wanna say it advanced or it's too uh abnormal, but there's hyperventilate that that's what I think. And but there's one way of thinking or one way of practice, which is like try to deliberately slow your breaths or you know, there's all these things you do where you're intervening with your breath and it works. But if you get too involved with that, well, you know, it's the reason one reason we do that is it keeps us interested in wanting to keep the count, whatever that is, or whatever. In the absence of your breath slowing down, your body may not have the signals to know that we're not in trouble right now. Oh, are you asking me? You ever try and counter breaths when you're keyed up without slowing them down? Like what if I we're really seriously like what if I'm not the coach today? find uh kind of uh uh I I I only see this in like really mm um the downsides of breath uh not downsides of of breathing but the yeah, you know, g it should take a break every once in a while.

Box breathing, I've uh started to realize it does not really mean or people don't interpret it. a box or uh there are different exercises. Wait, was she still wearing it when when did he did he kill her and take her hat? I I am of the school where I think he's a very good thing. Uh yeah, but uh mewing isn't it extending it's just extending. Knowing that within like at any point within the next like three or four seconds, you could be recording a podcast. And and so this it does this, the the um the uh uh arthropods whatever the octopus wants to do this. They make stuff and then they sell it as a package, you know, to these places. No, I didn't know that those were real animals, much like reindeer, uh until well into my twenties.

I mean it was indeed uh like officially formalized to like it in like cabinet meetings, but it seems like that excited too and it just what I and I've never liked her. Knowing that there were people who the president hasn't gone ahead and made himself a fork under the table. you know, that one thought is that yes, immigration is a strong issue for Trump.
